How much does a website cost in Johannesburg?

A standard 5-8 page small business website takes 2-3 weeks from kick-off to launch with OxY Sites. Larger SEO builds (15+ pages, suburb landing pages, blog setup) take 4-6 weeks. Rush turnaround is available.
Do you only build sites for solar installers?

Will my new website rank on Google?

Yes — monthly retainers from R1 500/mo cover hosting, security updates, content edits, and ongoing SEO. R3 000-R5 000/mo retainers include monthly blog content publishing and active link building.

OxY Sites is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We work with clients across Gauteng — Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Pretoria, Centurion, Roodepoort, Fourways, and Edenvale — and remotely with clients elsewhere in SA.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes, hosting is included in our monthly retainers. We host on fast, edge-cached infrastructure — sites load in under 2 seconds across South Africa.
What CMS or platform do you use?
We build on a modern React/TanStack Start stack for sites that need top-tier speed and SEO, or WordPress when clients need self-service content editing. We do NOT use Wix or Squarespace — they limit SEO control.
Can I edit my own content after launch?
Yes. Every site ships with a simple content workflow — either via a headless CMS dashboard, or for static sites, we make content edits as part of your monthly retainer (usually same-day turnaround).
Do you do SEO without building a website?
